With over 15 years of combined experience in sales, management, and human resources, James brings a unique blend of leadership, operational excellence, and people-first service to every aspect of the business.

After a successful career in corporate management, including serving as Director of Human Resources for a large Arizona nonprofit and Branch Manager for Chase Bank, James transitioned full-time into real estate to help scale My AZ Homegirl’s operations — growing the business by more than 30% year over year through streamlined systems, enhanced marketing, and an unwavering focus on client experience.
